Circumference = 26pi inches
Pedalling 50 rpm turns the wheel at 150 rpm
150*26pi = 7800pi in/min
= 7800pi*2.54 cm/min
= 78pi*2.54 meters/min
= 1/(2.54*78pi) minutes/meter
10000 meters --> 10000/2.54*78pi minutes
= ~ 16.06 minutes
