Answer by Murthy(22) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-5 +12i
complex number is in the form z=x+iy=re^i(theta)
Here, x=-5 and y=12
r=sqrt(x^2+y^2)=sqrt(25+144)=13
theta=taninverse(-12/5)=-67.4 degrees
therefore,
z=13e^-67.4
