Question 762670: I need your help, how do I graph 4+2i ?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You graph it on the complex plane.
The real numbers are on the horizontal axis, with
positive reals to the right of zero and negative
reals to the left of zero.
The imaginaries ( multiples of +i+ ) are plotted
on the vertical axis.
Multiples of plus +i+ is up, multiples of minus +i+ is down.
-------------------
To graph +4+%2B+2i+, mark off +4+ units on the plus horizontal axis,
and mark off +2+ units on the plus vertical axis.
The intersection of these points is +4+%2B+2i+
Hope this helps
