m^2 + 18mn + 81n^2

m^2 is a perfect square with square root "m"
81n^2 is a perfect square with square root "9n"
18mn is twice the product of m and 9n : 2*m*9n=18mn
--------------
The three conditions for the trinomial to be a perfect square are met.
