Question 404146: can you please help me solve this problem: (1-2i)+(3+i)-(7-3i)
Answer by richard1234(7193) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Note that complex numbers are commutative, associative, and add similar to the way vectors do. Therefore,
(1 - 2i) + (3 + i) - (7 - 3i) = (1 + 3 - 7) + (-2i + i + 3i) = -3 + 2i
