I do not really know how to draw on a graph, but I will explain.
The Argand Diagram is a cartesian coordinate plane with the x-axis being the real-values and the y-axis being the imaginery-values.
So, for 1+%2B+3i the point should be: (1,3)
For the conjugate: 1+-+3i the point should be (1,-3)
