How do I write 6i divided by 1-2i as a complex number in standard form?

Get the i term out of the denominator.
Multiply NUM and DEN by the conjugate of the DEN 1+2i

6i/1-2i = 6i*(1+2i)/(1-2i)*(1+2i)
= (6i-12)/(1+4)
= (-12+6i)/5
