Add the terms on the left side. Common denominator is (x-3)
Multiply both sides by (x-3) and simplify.
Subtract x from both sides.
Simplify the left side.
Add 20 to both sides.
Divide both sides by 6.
Simplify.

The x-3 divides out in the first and last fractions leaving :
Add +20 to each side:
Now, subtract x from each side:
Divide by 6:
