Question 17534: How do I use the synthetic division to solve a problem like
x^2+2x+4=(x+1)*(______)+(______)

Answer by xcentaur(357)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x^2+2x+4=(x+1)*(______)+(______)

x+1| x^2 + 2x + 4
 -1| 1 2 4
   | - -1 -1
   -----------------
     1 1 3

So we get,
(x+1)(x+2)+3
