2+3i is a divisor and 1 is a dividend
and 1 is written as 1+0i

2+3i) 1+ 0i (1/2
1+(3/2)i 1/2(2+3i)
--------
-(3/2)i
so when 1 is divided by 2+3i the quotient is 1/2 and the remainder is -(3/2)i
