This is as far as I have gotten:
[(3/3)(6/1)+(1/3)]/[(9/9)(3/1)-(2/9)]
[(18/3)+(1/3)]/[(27/9)-(2/9)]
(19/3)/(25/9)
I do not know where to go from here. Please help!

Please help me solve the follwing problem:
(6+1/3)/(3-2/9)
------------
= [(18+1)/3] / [(27-2)/9]
Invert the denominator and change to multiplication:
= [19/3] * [9/25]
Cancel the common "3" factors to get:
= [19/1] * [3/25]
= 57/25 or 2 7/25
