(Z+1)^4=16Z^4
TAKING THE 4 TH ROOT OF BOTH SIDES.
(Z+1)=2Z
Z-2Z=-1
-Z=-1
Z=1 ANSWER.
PROOF:
(1+1)^4=16*1^4
2^4=16*1
16=16
