The problem you posted was "-5+3i/-4+2i" --> -->

What you undoubtedly meant was "(-5+3i)/(-4+2i)" -->

Learn to be conscientious about proper use of parentheses. You can get yourself into all kinds of trouble if you are sloppy about it.
