Question 1109617: simplify 5-6i/3i
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(5-6i)/(3i)
multiply numerator and denominator by i
The numerator becomes 5i-6i^2, or 5i+6, because i^2=-1
The denominator becomes 3i^2, or -3, for the same reason
(5i+6)/-3 or - (5i+6)/3
