Question 10296: solve for all unknown variables:
RmTm=RrTr ... these are what they give you... Rm=8, Rr=2, Tr=5-Tm

Answer by rapaljer(4671)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Rm Tm = Rr Tr
8 Tm = 2 (5 - Tm)
8Tm = 10 - 2Tm

Add + 2 Tm to each side of the equation:
8Tm + 2Tm = 10 - 2Tm + 2Tm
10Tm = 10
Tm = 1

Tr = 5 - Tm
Tr = 5 - 1 = 4

The others are given.
