Furthermore,
\ =\ \text{Arg}(z_1)\ -\ \text{Arg}(z_2))
So for your example:
\ =\ \arctan\left(\frac{-5}{2}\right)\ -\ \arctan\left(-3\right))
"arctan" may be designated as

on your scientific calculator.
