Question 66143: This problem is from a correspondence class. I know that it should be simple, but I just can't figure it out right now. Please provide some help.
Sove for X and Y in the following problems:
a. X + Y = 6; 2X + Y = 8
b. 7X + 3Y = 14; 5X + 9Y = 10
c. 4X + Y = 16; 2X + 3Y = 24
d. 12X + Y = 25; 8X - 2Y = 14
