11x - 17 >=21 solve it: 11x >= 38, so x+%3E=+38%2F11
or 11x - 17 <= -21
solve this inequality: 11x <= -4 so +x+%3C=+-4%2F11
so the answer is
x >= 38/11 or x<= 14/11
