Question 8523: how do you do the equasion y=3x+1
Answer by glabow(165) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
It depends on what you want to do with it.
If you want to get it into standard form, you rearrange it to be 3x - y = -1
If you want to graph it, you choose a couple of points for x and compute what the y value is. Plot those points and draw a line that goes through both of them.
