Hello,
First multiply by 4 to get:
|2-x/3|= 16
Now we make two equations from this:
2-x/3= 16 and 2-x/3= -16
Multiply each by 3:
6-x=48 and 6-x=-48
Solve for x:
x=-42 and x=54
