Question 58672: TRYING TO HELP MY SON W/ HIS HWK.
PROBLEM:3N-T=S; SOLVE FOR T
Answer by rcmcc(152) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
because this is a variable equation, we can not find a number value for t.
To solve, we simply have to isolate it from the equation.
3N-T=S
Add "t" to each side
3N=S+T
subtract s
3N-S=T
the solution to "t" is 3N-S=T
