There is very little that can be done here...
(21x² - 10x + 5) / (4x – 2) =
(21x² - 10x + 5) / 2(2x – 1)
The numerator cannot be factored.
I do not think the problem was written correctly...it wasn't in the correct category either...please resubmit it...
