Isolate the absolute value first...
45 ≥ -2 |u + 5|
-45/2 ≤ |u + 5| or
|u + 5| ≥ -45/2
We need not go further, because the least the absolute value could be is zero, and that will always be more than -45/2...so the solution is all real numbers...
