x=4/4
x=1 ans
-|4-x|=3x
-4+x=3x
-4=3x-x
2x=-4
x=-4/2
x=-2 ans.

-4+x=3x => 2x=-4 => x=-2, impossible

Verif : |4-1|=3=3*1, (|4+2|=6>0<>-2)

x = 1 or x = -2

x cannot be -2 as that would make the left side = -6.
