Conundrum?
There is a formula, you know.
It was worked out hundreds of years ago, just use it.
Use the point-slope form of a line and convert it to slope-intercept form,
y-yp=m%28x-xp%29
y-%28-2%29%29=%283%2F7%29%28x-%28-1%29%29
y%2B2=%283%2F7%29%28x%2B1%29
Now convert it to slope-intercept form to complete the problem.

And you know m = 3/7

Substitute and solve for "b":

y = (3/7)x -(12/7)
