Simply follow the order of operations:
(-15+6) ÷ 3 Start with the given expression
-9 ÷ 3 Add -15 to 6 to get -9
-3 Divide -9 ÷ 3 to get -3
So (-15+6) ÷ 3 = -3 which means the answer is B)
