Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
this is a+9>=6 or a >= -3
it is also a+9<=-6 or a<=-15
Those can be plotted
0 should work at it does
-5 should not work and it doesn't.
-13 should not work and it doesn't
-20 should work and it does.
(-oo, -15] U [-3, oo)
