the absolute value of a real number is its numerical value
without+regard to its sign

for example, 5 is the absolute value of both 5 and -5

|a| = a if a%3E=0 and |a| = -a if a%3C=0

So, you have
a) |3%2F4| = 3%2F4

b)-1|-4%2F5| = -+4%2F5
