.
3|x+5| <= 6

Divide both side by 3. You will get an equivalent inequality

|x + 5| <= 2,   or,  which is the same,   |x - (-5)| <= 2.

The solution is the set of those x's that are remoted not far than 2 units from -5;

in other words,  -5-2 <= x <= -5 + 2,   or   -7 <= x <= -3.

Answer. The solution set is -7 <= x <= -3, or, in the interval notation, the segment [-7,-3].
