Write out all the integers that have a digit of 3 in the first 50 positive integers:
> 3,13,23,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,43
Then, count how many times there is an integer with a digit of 3 which is 14 times.
therefore,
or 28%

The tutor @luke94 has the correct idea, but made a typo. It should be (change the 15 in the denominator to 50)
