Multiply both sides by 4 to clear the fraction:



Divide both sides by 3 to isolate the absolute value



Make two equations without the absolute value bars,
one with the right sides as it is and one with the
right side with the opposite sign:

The left equation is false, so   

That reduces to , so there is just one
solution since the left equation turned out to be false.
