Multiply both sides by 1oo and then simplify step by step:

225a + 150*(115-a) = 20625,

225a + 150*115 - 150a = 20625,

75a = 20625 - 150*115  --->  75a = 3375  --->  a =  = 45.


Answer.  45 adults and 115-45 = 70 children.
