|d| + 10 >= 4|d| - 26
d + 10 = 4d - 26 and -d + 10 = -4d - 26
36 = 3d and 3d = -36
12 = d and d = -12

d = -20 ......... 1/2(20) + 5 >= 2(20) - 13 .... 15 >= 27
d = 0 ............ 1/2|0| + 5 >= 2|0| - 13 .... 5 >= -13
