Cross-multiply.
Divide each side by 2.

There are two cubes.
The first cube has a volume of 64 cm3.

Calculate the volume of the second cube.

64/x^3 = 2/3
32/x^3 = 1/3
x^3 = 3*32 = 96cm^3
