The label area is the side
The height is 12.5 cm., or width
The length is 2 pi r or pi*D
d=7.25 cm
pi*D=22.78 cm
width * length=12.5*22.78=284.7 cm^2, rounded at end. Sorry that I re-entered the diameter and not the width.
Note: if you round too soon, you get 284.8 cm^2
