(42000 liters water)(1 cu meter water/1000 liters water)=42 cu meters water
6km(1000 m/km)*3.5 m*x=42 cu m
(6000 m*3.5 m)x=42 cu m
Divide each side by 21000 sq m
=0.002 m=2 mm ANSWER The depth of water in the reservoir would be 2 mm.
