V=Bh
where B=area of the base and h=height of cylinder.
Since this cylinder is given as circular, you can find B by applying the formula for the area of a circle:

B=4%28pi%29 sq. inches
Now that you know B, finding the volume is simple:
V=4%28pi%295 cubic inches
V=20%28pi%29 cubic inches
