Question 754183: cubes with edge 2 cm are packed into a cubical box of edge 8cm. How many cubes will fill the box?
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Volume of cubes = length*width*height
= 2 * 2 * 2
= 8 cm^3
Volume of box = length*width*height
= 8 * 8 * 8
= 512 m^3
512 / 8 = 64 cubes fills the box
Hope this helps
