Question 73333: what is the cubic yardage from a hole 3'round by 100' deep?
Answer by checkley75(3666) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
if the 3 is the diameter of the hole in yards and the depth is 100 yards then the volume is
pi*r^2*100
3.14*1.5^2*100
3.14*2.25*100
7.065*100
706.5 cubic yards is the volume
if the measurements are FEET then the yardage is
706.5/27
26.16666 cubic yards.
