IF THE TOP & BOTTOM ARE 72 BY 54.
2*72*54=7,776 IN^2.
AND THE 2 SIDES ARE:
2(48-4)54=4,752 IN^2.
THEN THE 2 ENDS ARE:
2(48-4)(72-4)
2*44*68=5,984 IN^2.
7,776+4.752+5.984=18,512 IN^2.
