The volume of the cone, with the same height and diameter as the cylinder, is exactly one third of the volume of the cylinder.
So
(Volume of Cone) = (1/3)*(Volume of Cylinder)
36.5 = (1/3)*(Volume of Cylinder)
36.5*3 = Volume of Cylinder
Volume of Cylinder = 109.5
