You have to specify what each of your dimensions are. Right now I am assuming you are referring to a triangular prism with base lengths 4, 7, 10 cm and height 3 cm (since all other combinations don't work), in which you can use Heron's formula to find the area of the base, then multiply by the height. Obviously it can't be a rectangular prism of any kind (unless it's four-dimensional).
