Find the vertex of the graph of y=-4x^2+3x-3
-------------
The vertex is on the line of symmetry
x = -b/2a is the LOS
x = -3/-8 = 3/8
--------------
y = -4(3/8)^2 + 3(3/8) - 3
y = -36/64 + 72/64 - 192/64 = -156/64
y = -39/16
Vertex @ (3/8,-39/16)
