Question 401462: How many cubic feet of bean bag beans do I need to fill a 40" round X 7" deep dog bed?
Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If 40" round is the circumference, then r = 40/2pi = 20/pi
V = pi*(20/pi)^2*7 = 2800/pi cubic inches =~ 891 cubic inches
891 cu in/1728 =~ 0.515 cubic feet
-------------------------------
If 40" round is the diameter
V =~ 5.09 cubic feet
