For this one, you need to find the areas of both circles and subtract the smaller area from the larger area.
The formula to find the area of a circle is pi x (r^2), or pi times radius squared.
For the larger circle it would be: pi(3^2) = 9 pi
For the smaller circle it would be: pi(2^2) = 4 pi
9 pi - 4 pi = 5 pi = 5 x 3.14 = 15.7m^2 (meters squared)
