Volume of a rectanglar tank is L*W*H, which in this case is 60*15*15= 13500 cubic feet. By the way, volume is given in cubic feet. Square feet is for area or perhaps surface area.

I think you were asking about the surface area of the tank. The surface area of the top of the tank is 60*15= 900 square feet.
