18" wide will subtract 3' from the outer dimensions
30" = 2.5 ft deep

Find the area of the concrete footer
total area - area inside the footer
(60*40) - (57*37) = 291 sq ft

Find the volume
291 * 2.5 = 727.5 cu/ft
