The vital piece of info not supplied by the person who never rides the bus is when does the bus come and what is its rate of maintaining the schedule.
The problem also didn't state weather conditions, road conditions.
Does Yoshi have a bus pass or does Yoshi need to have exact change?
Did the bus pass expire yesterday?
Assuming the bus actually stops at Yoshi's bus stop (Bus drivers often like to play games and bypass stops), the we can add 45 +45 and get 1 hr 30 minutes and subtract that from 9:30 am and get 8:00 am.
But any one who takes the bus knows that is never enough time. The busses show up early or late, without warning.
I highly recommend about 7:15 am.
Get their a few minutes early and have a cup of coffee and relax.
