Question 1180547: What is the radius, to the nearest tenth, of a cylinder whose volume is 240π cubic centimeters and whose height is 15 centimeters?
Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Volume of cylinder =
V=240 pi
h =15 cm
substitute
240*pi = pi * r^2 *15
r^2 = 240/15
r^2= 16
r=4 cm
