Not with only that given information.

Look at the formula for volume of cylinder.


Three numbers as variables. You were given ONE variable, so there still are two other unknown variables. Similar situation with surface area, just different formula: , using A for surface area.

Do you have the radius, r, for your cylinder? If just the height is given and nothing more, then you have the formulas for those specified quantities volume and surface area.
